Amanda McDermott – President
As President of Right Size Relocation, Amanda oversees business development and client relationships. In addition, she is a hands-on move manager in the field. With 22 years of experience in the moving industry, she has worked in Military, International, Corporate, Residential, and Senior Move Management.
Throughout her career, Amanda has prioritized listening to clients and communities to ensure the best possible service. Her credentials include Senior Move Management certification from the National Association of Senior Move Managers and On Site Move Manager (OSM) certification through the Encore program of Mover Specialty Services.
Mike Annunziato – Managing Partner
Mike brings over 30 years of experience in the moving and storage industry. He began his career in the warehouse and worked as a helper, driver, and in sales before becoming managing partner of Right Size Relocation.
Over the years, he has spent 21 years focused on Senior Move Management. He has also held sales roles with UniGroup, Allied/North American Van Lines, and Atlas Van Lines. Thanks to his experience, Mike excels at analyzing customer needs, creating effective plans, and solving problems while keeping clients calm during stressful transitions.
Anne Geiger – Office Manager
Anne joined Right Size Relocation in April 2023 as a field team member. During that time, she worked closely with clients to downsize, organize, pack, and unpack. She quickly developed expertise in helping clients “right size.”
Since then, Anne has transitioned into the Office Manager role. Now, she manages client communication, employee support, benefits, payroll, and accounts payable and receivable. As a result, she ensures the daily operations run smoothly and efficiently for both clients and the team.
Anna Keffer – Director of Sales and Business Development
Anna joined Right Size Relocation in Fall 2023. Throughout her 35+ year career in the Senior Living Industry, she has held a variety of roles that gave her a deep understanding of the needs and concerns of older adults and their families.
Today, she leads sales strategy and business development to support the company’s growth and visibility. Moreover, her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care make her a trusted advisor and an integral part of the team.
Kirk Bensen – Senior Project Manager
Kirk has been part of Right Size Relocation since July 2021. He studied psychology in college and has held several roles in the field. Kirk is known for his patience, professionalism, and dedication. As a result, he consistently delivers service that puts clients at ease during stressful moves. In fact, he is highly requested by repeat clients and is valued as a leader within the organization.
George Michalkiewicz – Operations
George joined Right Size Relocation two years ago with 35 years of moving industry experience. Since joining, he has taken on a variety of tasks, including loading and unloading, warehouse organization, and packing and unpacking. Whenever needed, George steps in to ensure seamless and stress-free transitions. Because of this, clients and coworkers alike value his reliability, versatility, and positive attitude.
Jenn Rivell – Move Manager/Down-sizer
Jenn has been with Right Size Relocation since the very beginning. From day one, she has helped shape the company’s approach to client care. She guides clients through emotional and complex transitions with patience, humor, and confidence. In addition, she excels at supporting the downsizing process every step of the way.
Karen Parks – Down-sizer, Packer/Unpacker
Karen specializes in professional organizing and downsizing. She also assists as a packer and unpacker. Karen brings both expertise and compassion to her work. Furthermore, she naturally connects with clients, especially seniors, who appreciate her patience and attentiveness. Overall, her approach reassures clients throughout their moves.

Kim has been part of Right Size Relocation since the beginning. She is versatile, dependable, and always ready to step into multiple roles as needed. Whether as a downsizer, packer, unpacker, or move manager, she helps clients feel at ease. Additionally, Kim stays organized, focused, and attentive to every detail.
