As President of Right Size Relocation, Amanda is responsible for business development, client relationships, and is a hands-on move manager in the field. Her 22 years experience in the moving industry include Military, International, Corporate, Residential, and Senior Move Management.
Amanda takes pride in listening to the needs of her customers and communities and providing the best customer service experience possible. Amanda’s credentials include Senior Move Management certification from the National Association of Senior Move Managers and On Site Move Manager (OSM) through the Encore program of Mover Specialty Services.
Mike has over 30 years of experience in the moving and storage industry. He worked his way up from the warehouse, helper, driver, sales and now as managing partner of Right Size Relocation. Mike has worked in the Senior Move Management sector for 21 of the 30+ years in the industry. He has worked for UniGroup, Allied/North American Van Lines and Atlas Van Lines in a sales role at various times in his career.
He is adept at analyzing the requirements of each customer and implementing a plan to meet their expectations by working with all parties involved to achieve a positive outcome. His knack for problem-solving while maintaining control of the situation at hand has been part of a valuable skill set working with customers during trying times.
